In a joint effort for wildlife conservation, Ecogreen & Vida carried out in Caracas the release of a group of rehabilitated species: the green toucanet (Aulacorhynchus sulcatus) and the lesser anteater (Tamandua tetradactyla).
This action, carried out in August 2025 with the support of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, MINEC, the National Foundation of Zoological Parks, Zoos, and Aquariums (FUNPZZA), and CICPC, reaffirms the organization’s commitment to the rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration of wild animals into their natural habitat, under the premise that “we care for life.”
